Riyadh Second Health Cluster provides healthcare services to raise the quality of a healthy life by applying the healthcare model in its systems and paths. A model that supports the residents of the Cluster to receive the best healthcare services.

​This is done by providing preventive and ongoing support, starting from the local community in the primary care centers available in the neighborhoods and covered by the Cluster, in addition to facilitating and ensuring the patient’s treatment journey based on the family physician evaluation, by providing specific benchmarking paths for diseases that would ensure the referral of any patient in need of subspecialty services that are provided in any of the hospitals of the Cluster and KFMC for tertiary care, followed by referral of the patient again back to the primary care centers to receive continuous support by family physicians once the patient condition is stable to ensure the provision of healthcare services.
