 The portal aims to facilitate individuals’ access to health services, manage their health, and provide comprehensive care through innovative, integrated, and high-quality services for a healthier population.

In general, the portal seeks to contribute to increasing awareness in the health field, as it is an effective communication channel between officials in the Second Health Cluster and the public benefiting from its services.

In order to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to achieve a vibrant society and provide healthcare services through a group of integrated healthcare organizations, this “portal” was created to serve health clusters divided geographically into regions to be responsible for managing the health of individuals in their local community, including primary healthcare and extended care.

The second health cluster is an integrated network of health facilities that includes primary clinics, hospitals and medical cities, and is subject to the management of a unified institutional structure.​
